Cergy le Haut : fête nationale *** French national holiday

Comme tous les ans nous avons guetté...
Cergy et l'Axe Majeur, la coulée verte au bout de notre allée sont dans l'Axe des Champs Elysées où se déroule LE défilé du 14 juillet.
Le défilé du 14 juillet a eu lieu aussi au dessus de notre jardin, survolé ce matin par deux Transal (se reconnaissent, comme tout le monde le sait à leurs deux moteurs) et un Hercule C130 (quatre moteurs)...

Today is French national holiday and many blogs are decorated with blue white and red colours. Cergy is in the axis of the Champs Elysees avenue, where takes place the parade. Military planes and helicopters use every year to pass above our garden...

La mairie de Cergy est dans ses nouveaux locaux. La bannière étoilée européenne y côtoie la bannière tricolore française. La devise « Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité » est sur le mur. [Ne comptez pas sur moi pour faire un cours d’instruction civique ! Il fait trop chaud !]
Cergy city hall is now in this building. You may see the French three-coloured flag and the European stared one. On the wall: French motto: *Liberte Egalite Fraternite*. (Freedom, Equality, Fraternity...)
My English readers may have an amazing explanation on San Nakji's World…[However I must just add it'ld be controversial ( historical point). Unhappily, I don't speak English well enough to discuss that !]

Ce matin : la ronde des hélicoptères. Un *puma* par dessus la haie.
Les avions ne sont pas passés au dessus de notre coulée verte cette année pour le traditionnel défilé. Ils se sont rassemblés suivant un autre axe. Mais j’ai pu tout de même photographier cette formation d' *alphajets*.
Today morning, I caught one (*puma* here) from helicopters passing by over the hedge.
It often happens that army planes (*alphajets* here) flying in procession above *les Champs Elysees* pass by my green yard. It was not the case today. However I may take these *alphajets*.
